Design & Technology
Design Technology includes Graphics, Product Design and Textiles. All pupils from years 7 to 9 work in all of these areas, designing and producing all sorts of outcomes.

Career opportunities for pupils in the Design field include Fashion, Graphics, Furniture, Exhibition and display, Education Product Design, Engineering, Architecture, Theatre and set design - any area that aims to improve our everyday lives.

Over the past we have:
- Sent pupils to the London Institute and Cordwainers' College on a variety of courses such as fashion design and making lights.
- Fostered a number of links with outside professionals and experts who have advised pupils and come into school to talk
- Run a Design Technology 'Activity Day'
- Designed and made sets and costumes for several school productions
- Taken pupils to location such as the V&A and Design Museum and we are planning a Textiles trip to Barcelona
