Future Plans
Our future plan is to contribute to improving the quality
of life of Chinese elderly and disabled persons, over
18, homeless or have no fixed abode, blind, deaf, mentally
ill or with learning difficulties.
The project worker will:
- Perform outreach visits
- Listen to and take account of the person’s
need and see how they can best be met
- Provide interpretation assistance for those who
require assistance to communicate with Camden Social
Services
- Provide advocacy service to give people accurate
information about the type of services available
